Public Awareness Management Solutions
The Stakeholder Management System™ (SMS) was designed specifically to help Pipeline and Utility companies under the jurisdiction the Department of Transportation (DOT) CFR 192 and/or 195 and the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Recommended Practice (RP) 1162, with regulations surrounding ‘Public Awareness’. The SMS allows companies to enter, manage and track various communications and/or liaison with identified Stakeholders. The system helps facilitate efficient communications to Stakeholders and allows companies’ Public Awareness Program artifacts to be saved and linked to Stakeholders within the system. The system provides a file folder directory to help organize program documentation. Survey and Reporting services can be configured to assist in the ‘effectiveness measurement’ portion of the regulations. The comprehensive nature of the system can be tremendously valuable in supporting an audit/inspection.
